适用范围
本标准规定了基于公用电信网的宽带客户网络（如无特别说明，本标准中出现的宽带客户网络均指基于公用电信网的宽带客户网络；电信网络均指公用电信网络）与公用电信网的连接、宽带客户网络支持的电信类业务、宽带客户网络的参考模型、宽带客户网络功能要求、宽带客户网络的媒体格式、宽带客户网络的编号及地址、宽带客户网络的性能、宽带客户网络设备EMC要求、宽带客户网络设备环保要求等。本标准适用于电信网络提供的业务和应用通过网关在公用电信网内部实现的情况，本标准不适用于仅在公用电信网内部设备之间信息流通的情况。
