【摘要】:ThispartofISO8130isoneofaseriesofstandardsdealingwiththesamplingandtestingofpaints,varnishesandrelatedproducts.Itspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthetendencyforthemixingoftwodifferentcoatingpowderstoresultinthedeteriorationofthesurfacequalityofthefinalcoating.Theresultsdependonthefollowingcharacteristicsofthecoatingpowders:a)theirchemicalreactivity;b)theirchemicalcomposition;c)theirmeltproperties.Theonsetofthedeteriorationinappearance,itsnatureanditsextentwilldependgreatlyontheratioinwhichthepowdersaremixed.Thetestisusefulinpredictingthepossibilityofincompatibilityarisingfrommixingdifferentpowdersbothduringthemanufacturingprocessandduringtheapplicationofthecoatingpowder.Thenatureofthedeteriorationinsurfaceappearancemaymanifestitselfinvariousways,including:-changeinglosslevel;-thepresenceofpinholes,includingmicro-pinholes;-theappearanceoforangepeel;-thepresenceofcraters;-thepresenceofbittiness(graininess);-thepresenceofcolourcontamination.NOTE-Deteriorationinmechanicalpropertiesmayalsobeexperienced.However,thispartofISO8130isonlyconcernedwithchangesinappearance.
