【摘要】:ThispartofISO5983specifiesamethodforthedeterminationofnitrogencontentofanimalfeedingstuffsaccordingtotheKjeldahlmethod,andamethodforthecalculationofthecrudeproteincontent.Itconcernsasemi-microrapidroutinemethodusingblock-digestion,coppercatalystandsteamdistillationintoboricacid.Themethodisapplicabletothedeterminationofgreaterthan0,5%Kjeldahlnitrogeninanimalfeedingstuffs,petfoodsandtheirrawmaterials.Themethoddocsnotmeasureoxidizedformsofnitrogennorheterocyclicnitrogencompounds.Themethoddocsnotdistinguishbetweenproteinnitrogenandnon-proteinnitrogen.NOTEIfitisofimportancetodeterminethecontentofnon-protein-nitrogen,anappropriatemethodcanbeused.
