【摘要】:ThispartofISO15681specifiesflowinjectionanalysis(FIA)methodsforthedeterminationoforthophosphateinthemassconcentrationrangefrom0,01mg/lto1,0mg/l(P),andtotalphosphorusbymanualdigestioninaccordancewithISO6878[5],[6]forthemassconcentrationrangefrom0,1mg/lto10mg/l(P).Therangeofapplicationcanbechangedbyvaryingtheoperatingconditions.ThispartofISO15681isapplicabletovarioustypesofwater(suchasground,drinking,surface,leachateandwastewaters).Thismethodisalsoapplicabletotheanalysisofseawater,butwithchangesinsensitivity,byadaptationofthecarrierandcalibrationsolutionstothesalinityofthesamples.
