【摘要】:1.1Thisguidecovershowcasing-advancementdrillingandsamplingproceduresmaybeusedforgeoenvironmentalexplorationandinstallationofsubsurfacewater-qualitymonitoringdevices.1.2Differentmethodsexisttoadvancecasingforgeoenvironmentalexploration.Selectionofaparticularmethodshouldbemadeonthebasisofgeologicconditionsatthesite.ThisguidedoesnotincludeproceduresforwirelinerotarycasingadvancersystemswhichareaddressedinGuideD5786.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Casing-advancementdrillingmethodsforgeoenvironmentalexplorationandmonitoring-deviceinstallationswillofteninvolvesafetyplanning,administrationanddocumentation.Thisguidedoesnotpurporttospecificallyaddressexplorationandsitesafety.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.5Thisguideoffersanorganizedcollectionofinformationoraseriesofoptionsanddoesnotrecommendaspecificcourseofaction.Thisdocumentcannotreplaceeducationorexperienceandshouldbeusedinconjunctionwithprofessionaljudgment.Notallaspectsofthisguidemaybeapplicableinallcircumstances.ThisASTMstandardisnotintendedtorepresentorreplacethestandardofcarebywhichtheadequacyofagivenprofessionalservicemustbejudged,norshouldthisdocumentbeappliedwithoutconsiderationofaproject''smanyuniqueaspects.Theword"Standard"inthetitleofthisdocumentmeansonlythatthedocumenthasbeenapprovedthroughtheASTMconsensusprocess.
