【摘要】:Thisstandardisapplicabletosafety-relatedelectronicsystems(includingsub-systemsandequipment)forrailwaysignallingapplications.Thescopeofthisstandard,anditsrelationshipwithotherCENELECstandards,areshowninFigure1.Thisstandardisintendedtoapplytoallsafety-relatedrailwaysignallingsystems/sub-system/equipment.However,thehazardanalysisandriskassessmentprocessesdefinedinEN50126andthisstandardarenecessaryforallrailwaysignallingsystems/sub-systems/equipment,inordertoidentifyanysafetyrequirements.Ifanalysisrevealsthatnosafetyrequirementsexist(i.e.:thatthesituationisnon-safety-related),andprovidedtheconclusionisnotrevisedasaconsequenceoflaterchanges,thissafetystandardceasestobeapplicable.Thisstandardappliestothespecification,design,construction,installation,acceptance,operation,maintenanceandmodification/extensionphasesofcompletesignallingsystems,andalsotoindividualsub-systemsandequipmentwithinthecompletesystem.AnnexCincludesproceduresrelatingtoelectronichardwarecomponents.Thisstandardappliestogenericsub-systemsandequipment(bothapplication-independentandthoseintendedforaparticularclassofapplication),andalsotosystems/sub-systems/equipmentforspecificapplications.Thisstandardisnotapplicabletoexistingsystems/sub-systems/equipment(i.e.thosewhichhadalreadybeenacceptedpriortothecreationofthisstandard).However,asfarasreasonablypracticable,thisstandardshouldbeappliedtomodificationsandextensionstoexistingsystems,sub-systemsandequipment.Thisstandardisprimarilyapplicabletosystems/sub-systems/equipmentwhichhavebeenspecificallydesignedandmanufacturedforrailwaysignallingapplications.Itshouldalsobeapplied,asfarasreasonablypracticable,togeneral-purposeorindustrialequipment(e.g.:powersupplies,modems,etc.),whichisprocuredforuseaspartofasafety-relatedsignallingsystem.Asaminimum,evidenceshallbeprovidedinsuchcasestodemonstrateeitherthattheequipmentisnotreliedonforsafety,orthattheequipmentcanbereliedonforthosefunctionswhichrelatetosafety.Thisstandardisapplicabletothefunctionalsafetyofrailwaysignallingsystems.Itisnotintendedtodealwiththeoccupationalhealthandsafetyofpersonnel;thissubjectiscoveredbyotherstandards.
