【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesmethodologyfortheevaluationofresultsfromdynamictestsandinvestigationsonbridgesandviaducts.ItcomplementstheprocedureforconductingthetestsasgiveninISO14963andconsiders—theobjectivesofthedynamictests,—thetechniquesfordataanalysisandsystemidentification,—themodellingofthebridge,and—evaluationofthemeasureddata.NOTE1Theevaluationmayseektodefineallofthedynamiccharacteristicsofeachmodeofvibrationexamined,i.e.frequency,stiffness,modeshapeanddamping,andtheirnon-linearvariationwithamplitudeofmotion.Thesecansupplyinformationonthedynamiccharacteristicsofastructureforcomparisonwiththoseassumedindesign,orasabasisforconditionmonitoringorsystemidentification.ThedynamictestsconsideredinthisInternationalStandarddonotreplacestatictests.ThisInternationalStandardgivesguidanceontheassessmentofmeasurementscarriedoutoverthelifecycleofthebridge.Thestagesofthelifecyclethatareconsideredarea)duringconstructionandpriortocommissioning,b)duringcommissioningtrials,c)duringspecifiedperiodsthroughoutthelifeofthebridge,andd)immediatelypriortodecommissioningthebridge.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoroad,railandpedestrianbridgesandviaducts(bothduringconstructionandoperation)andalsotootherworks,providedthattheyjustifyitsapplication.TheapplicationofthisInternationalStandardtospecialstructures(cable-stayedorsuspensionbridges)requiresspecificteststhattakeintoaccounttheparticularcharacteristicsofthework.NOTE2ThroughoutthisInternationalStandard,"bridgesandviaducts"arecalled"bridges".Theterm"viaduct"isusedonlywhenitisnecessarytodistinguishbetweenthese.
